For best results we recommend that you thaw your meals overnight in the fridge and then heat them.

1. Microwave from thawed

Remove packaging sleeves. Pierce the film plastic cover with a fork, microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute, peel back the film, stir and serve.

2. Microwave from frozen

Remove packaging sleeves. Pierce the film plastic cover with a fork, microwave for 8-12 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute, peel back film, stir and serve.
