We currently offer delivery only to the North Island. Please note, we are unable to deliver to rural addresses, as our frozen/chilled packaging is designed to keep your meals cold for a limited time. Thank you for understanding!

Delivery times will depend on the available service for your address but we use NZ Couriers. If you place your order before 12pm Monday to Thursday and your order has been confirmed, it will be delivered to you the following day. In the case of delays due to stock availability, we will contact you.

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete when placing an order. Little Manila cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect address information. In cases where incorrect details are provided, or if delivery is attempted unsuccessfully, any additional costs for re-delivery or replacement will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If your delivery location requires a gate code or other security information, please include this when placing your order to avoid any delays. If no one is available to receive your delivery, we will leave the goods in a secure location we deem appropriate. Once delivered to the provided address, Little Manila will no longer be responsible for the condition or safety of the goods.

Little Manila provides convenient, ready-made frozen meals, delivered straight to your doorstep. Our goal is to ensure they arrive frozen. However, if your meals begin to defrost during transit, simply place them in the fridge and enjoy within 3-5 days.

We take great care in handling our meals, but if any items in your order are damaged during transit, we will refund the cost of the affected meal. Replacement meals may be provided at Little Manila's discretion. For assistance, please reach out to us through our website.
